Wales Outdoors delivered three walks this week, waterfalls, waterfalls, waterfalls… and our partner business delivered a fine day with three clients from Cardiff to the Brecon and back...
Waterfalls 1
Five clients for a fine wander around the six named and plenty of unnamed waterfalls in the waterfalls area of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The weather played ball with just a couple of showers however, Swd yr Eira was in full flow and we got a soaking in any case ;)
Waterfalls 2
A private booking with 6 members of the same family for a tour of the waterfalls.
Waterfalls 3
Another five client day - we are liking these small group tours very much - and a ll waterfalls ticked off safely and to the joy of those that we guided.
North Of Cardiff With Wales Guided Tours
It was a fine day and packed with a wide range of attractions. The clients, from the US and Sweden enjoyed a drive to Aberfan for a respectful visit to the disaster memorial gardens before heading over to Penderyn for a tour of the whisky production there. It was then to viewpoints of the Brecon Beacons National Park before having lunch in the most vibrant town high street in Wales, Treorchy. The Black Gold mining experience tour followed and the final stop was Castell Coch, the fairytale castle that overlooks the capital of Wales, Cardiff. But wait! We had time left and so paid a visit to Penarth Pier before ending the day at the start point, the lovely Little Man Coffee Co. cafe in the centre of Cardiff.
