This week we delivered four guided walks in Wales, three waterfall walks and one Snowdon ascent.
Waterfalls
Andy picked up from Cardiff and guided two lovely women, one from Holland and the other from Latvia, around his waterfalls walk on a break in the weather day, so sunshine all round. One client found a good amount of chanterelle mushrooms, ideal for cooking when back home.
Waterfalls
Four pick ups from Cardiff and the waterfalls again, this time in drizzle and with overcast skies, but not with overcast minds. The spirits were high and all had a truly fabulous day of waterfalls and chat :)
Snowdon
Good weather for Tom and his guiding of two bookings of two to the summit of Snowdon.
‘A great day, good communication with Our guide Thomas the night before with a link to the car park. Thomas read the group very well in setting an achievable pace for everyone and gave us a history lesson on the mountain, as well as some myths and Welsh monsters and in insight into the plants and wildlife that make Snowdon their home.. I can thoroughly recommend it.’
Waterfalls
What stunning weather and a fine group to boot! Cardiff pick ups and a memorable day chasing waterfalls. What more can one ask for on a super sunny Sunday :)
You can book our walks through the Wales Outdoors Website or, if you are a group, you can book us for a bespoke adventure, you choose the date and time, using the ‘Book Your Guide’ option.
