Wales Outdoors delivered zero walks this week, but, our partner business delivered a fine day with six clients (a sell-out day) from Cardiff to the Brecon and back...
it was a fine day and packed with a wide range of attractions. The clients, from Holland, Greece and Switzerland enjoyed a drive to Aberfan for a respectful visit to the disaster memorial gardens before heading over to Penderyn for a tour of the whisky production there. It was then onto the Brecon Beacons National Park Visitor Centre for a spot of lunch and the great views of a snow capped Pen y Fan before heading to Big Pit for a tour underground of the workings there. Final stop was Castell Coch, the fairytale castle that overlooks the capital of Wales, Cardiff.
