Wales Outdoors was going to deliver one walk this week, a Sunrise on Pen y Fan on Saturday but the weather came in and the forecast was for blizzard conditions on the top so Andy made the decision to cancel this one and perhaps do it later on in the year. Who would have thought heavy snow and minus 10 degrees on the 27th April in South Wales? Climate change where are you when we need you! Our partner business, however, basked in the fine daytime weather in the week and delivered two fine days out to historic sites in South East Wales.
East Of Cardiff With Wales Guided Tours
A totally wonderful day out and consistently receiving effusive five star feedback!
‘This trip was amazing. Getting to see & learn 1st hand about the past was very informative. Our guide, Andy, was great. He set a fantastic pace. You were able to see & do, experience what you wanted and had time to take loads of pictures. The group size was also perfect, 5 of us taking the tour. You never felt left out of anything. I would take this trip again!’

East Of Cardiff With Wales Guided Tours
Same as above, ish, but as a private tour for a couple from the United States and taking in Monmouth and the Newport Transporter Bridge instead of Caerphilly Castle and Castell Coch.
You can book our walks through the Wales Outdoors Website or, if you are a group, you can book us for a bespoke adventure, you choose the date and time, using the ‘Book Your Guide’ option.
