It was waterfalls, waterfalls, waterfalls and waterfalls this week :) Andy was busy enjoying the sun, the drizzle and the torrential downpours over four days of waterfall walking.
11/7/23
Andy picked up four individuals from four separate locations in Cardiff and headed north to the waterfalls where we met another five who made their own way to the start point, Sgwd Gwladys cafe at Pontneddfechan, and began the day walking the waterfalls area of the Brecon Beacons National Park. They were a fine bunch of hikers who got on very well with each other, making Andy’s day easy to deliver and big fun too :)

Seven clients today with much chat about the poor public transport and the future of personal cars with the transport expert taking a day out from his conference in Cardiff to join Andy for a waterfall wander. The best weather of the week and we even had two getting into the cold river for a quick (very) dip!
15/7/23
Two Italians, Martin plus Kate, and four lovely women joining Andy for the Three Peaks Challenge in May 2024 made up today’s group. And it was wild weather with frequent torrential downpours and these after a night of rain. The river was scary! ClunGwyn Farm cafe was a life saver, hot coffee at lunch and shelter made refueling bearable and had all ready for the second half of the day.
16/7/23
The final waterfall walk of the week and we had three pick ups in Cardiff and better weather than the day before. Singapore, Holland and Sweden made up the clients home bases. Andy thinks he is a leading authority on world affairs now, meeting so many from so far afield and all with interesting and different takes on world affairs and insights from their corner of the world.
