Wales Outdoors delivered one event this week, a newly digitised city walking tour of Cardiff with an emphasis on the darker side of the city’s history.

And there we were, in a pub opposite Cardiff's Castle, following another very successful 'dark' walking tour of Cardiff's City Centre, and taking a moment to share our own otherworldly experiences.
A massive thank you to Kate Barber, the most recent addition to the Wales Outdoors team, who spent a week re-writing this tour's content and making it digital. We invested in a Wales Outdoors Tours tablet and now deliver this tour with a live guide supported by a digital PowerPoint slide show.
We asked for feedback from this bunch and they were effusive. They loved the images and quotes, which, for them, brought to life the history of Cardiff and its darker side...
Now Kate is tasked with developing the same digital support for all of the Wales Outdoors Tours.
