Wales Outdoors Weekly Roundup 1/12/24

Wales Outdoors were in Fuerteventura for the week so effectively closed. A bit of winter sun for the vitamin D is always a boost to the system. And, we managed to avoid the worst of Storm Bert. However, when back it was straight back at it and a city walking tour of Cardiff on Sunday 1st for a group of Chinese. For this, we engaged a Mandarin speaker and so now have a partnership that enables us to deliver bespoke tours to Chinese clients :)

Fuerteventura

A busman’s holiday, as always for a mountain and tourist guide, exploring the hills, beaches and attractions of the rather fine island of Fuerteventura.

Cardiff City Walking Tour

The rain mainly held off for us although we were caught in a few showers. We circumnavigated the city centre and crisis crossed it too, taking in the major landmarks and useful to know places in the centre of Cardiff. This tour was delivered with a Mandarin speaker and so Andy’s words were interpreted and translated live and on the hoof.
