Trekkit Are Offering Quality Outdoor Gear To Hire, Test And Perhaps Purchase
Wales Outdoors used to hire kit, to those who wanted to join us on our weekend backpacking trips, but as we don’t really offer those very much anymore we sold off our kit and now advise clients to go to Alpkit or similar for their quality outdoor gear.
However, one of our Social Hiking Group members, Martin, turned us on to Trekkit which have set up a great system of rentals of outdoor gear, that you can trial before purchase or simply return. They’ve made it easy too, with delivery to the door and a prepaid package for the return.
