I deliver guided walks and so visit much of the best of Wales with my clients. This was the first visit here for some time. On arrival The owners had put a highways (where did they get this from) barrier across the highway which stated ROAD CLOSED and there was no other information. This caused chaos in the single lane road and the small and pit filled lay-by. They did remove this at 9.15am and allowed entrance to their manned car park. £10 a pop! They then had the audacity to charge £0.40p for use of their DISGUSTING public loos and to charge £1.70p for a Calippo. These cost £0.45p in any supermarket. I was mentioning the road closed sign to customers and the owner, pictured here, overheard and interrupted me stating sarcastically 'life's full of difficulties, isn't it'. Shameful management and behaviour. If we do re visit this location it will be by parking elsewhere and walking in over the hills… We urge you to do the same.

It's stunning and best visited out of season and as I have said by an alternative route (we're working on it)...
