Our Easter Weekend In North Wales

Fully inclusive three days holiday or just Snowdon or two days walking around Blaenau Ffestiniog and arrange your own accommodation or Snowdon and the Blaenau Ffestiniog days… You Choose!

We have a stunner of a weekend for you, 14 to 16th April 2023, and you can choose to join us in a variety of ways. Here is the plan:

Fully inclusive - all walks and accommodation and if needed transport from Cardiff

There are just two spots for a from Cardiff and back to Cardiff inclusive package. This includes transport, accommodation and all three walks. For more details and to book go here!

Friday 14th 11 am Trek to the summit of Snowdon, the UK’s most popular mountain. And… We’ll do this on a Friday, avoiding the weekend crowds. And… We’ll do this using a lesser-known route with no parking issues. And… We’ll be starting at 11 am so that getting there for the start isn’t too onerous. And… It will be AMAZING! In the evening we’ll meet up in a pub for a meal and a few drinks. Book this walk here!

Saturday 15th 10 am West of Blaenau Ffestiniog, who would have thought grey old Blaenau Ffestiniog could offer up so much joy, but it can! Andy will guide you to the spot where, as a young lad, he and two others had an epic and nearly didn't make it out alive... We'll walk through old workings and quarries and even a few underground visits including an amazing incline that underground, gets us from the top to the bottom of the hill! In the evening we’ll get a takeaway and retire to Andy’s cottage or to the pub for a few more beers :)

Sunday 16th 10 am East of Blaenau Ffestiniog, an area similar but not similar to the West, has rolling landscapes, surprising lakes and more shattered hillsides. Today is a less strenuous walk than the two previous days and we will be done by about 2 pm, with a cafe to sup a cuppa and say our goodbyes before we head our separate ways.
