Just a few weeks ago Wales Outdoors delivered a sunset on Pen y Fan walk. The new car park was busy and there was a long queue for the ONE toilet available to users of the parking, when, overnight, just ten years ago, there were both male and female loos, purpose built, in the only building on-site and open 24 hours a day.
