Just a quick post, referring you back to a run in with the Central Area Warden of the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority, John Pimm, where he advised me not to, in the future, use wheeled transport (a mountain board) on the relatively flat Mynydd Illtyd Common without completing an application form, in triplicate, six weeks in advance of intended use, and the contrary availability of this same space for the BBNP itself. Yes, wheeled transport is good to go if you turn up and have limited mobilty and this new vehicular supply is motorised… You can’t make this stuff up…
