Due to the Corona Virus we have re-scheduled all walks due for March through to June and are working on a database to credit those that have paid for walks. These are our guidelines...
USING YOUR CREDIT - We would like you to be able to use your credit on the re-scheduled date for your walk. To locate this please log in to meetup (the app is best) and view your 'upcoming events'. If this new date is not suitable please message us with this re-scheduled event date AND with your choice of alternative walk. We will not be able to move you without both dates.
CHECKLIST - Please send us the following
1. Your name as it appears on 'meetup'
2. Rescheduled Event Date
3. Alternative Event Choice
That's it - once we have that information we will reschedule you.
WHAT IF THERE ARE NO WALKS SUITABLE? Wales Outdoors have been working hard to re-schedule walks and put together a plan of action that will see our social group back walking and socialising as soon as is reasonably possible. We have listed walks from 1st July 2020 through to 2nd January 2021. However, if there is nothing there that takes your fancy please send send in your name and rescheduled event date and we will add you to a list of those with a walk credit and you will be able to choose a walk and make use of that credit throughout the whole of 2021.
Most of our wonderful members are bearing with us and understand the situation and we thank you for that. The team at Wales Outdoors regard the walking group as a family and for many it has been just that. We work extremely hard to maintain the group and deliver low cost walks on an ongoing basis. In order that we are able to continue with this provision we would ask that you continue to bear with us over the next few months and beyond.
