Another Win Against 'The Man'

Of interest is the judgement in favour of SIMON BUTLER who has been battling the French legal system for six years.

Briefly, Simon is a UK Ski Instructor and the French ski instructors did not want him or his team teaching skiing in France and so they said he needed to re qualify in France. This is patently absurd and is protectionism.

This has also been the position for walking leaders and this judgement of course can now be used to advocate for UK qualified for walking, mountaineering, kayaking instructors etc. to be able to work unmolested across Europe.

It's quite a read and a strong win.

We say well done Simon and we do hope that you are adequately compensated for the distress and disruption and loss of income that the French courts have caused to you, your employees and your business.
